Lakme CC Cream

Haven't we heard so much about the Lakme CC cream and the frequent advertisement on the television, thought to give it a try. CC or BB creams have limited shades so choose wisely according to your skin tone. Lakme CC Cream comes in 2 Shades Bronze and Beige.

I picked up a shade in Bronze which is a nice and natural shade but i think i should have picked up a beige shade which would have been more suitable for my skin tone. You can wear this CC cream everyday and can be included in your daily routine. Gives medium coverage and blends well.

What is Lakme CC Cream

Lakmé CC stands for Complexion Care cream. It combines the goodness of your daily skin cream with just the right touch of make-up to give you that perfect look in just a few minutes.

Its skin care benefits include sun protection (SPF 20), moisturizing, brightening and freshness while its make-up benefits are an even skin tone and basic coverage.

Skin Care      +    Make-up
Brightens                 +        Conceals
Moisturizes              +        Refreshes
UV Protection          +        Even Skin Tone

You get up in the morning and don't have much time to spare dressing up, you have a savior in Lakme CC cream. Just apply it over a moisturized face and you are ready to go.  The cream has a typical fragrance, but it settles down once its absorbed in the skin. Its neither thick nor thin in consistency but blends like a dream. It does not make you look patchy or cakey and gives you a nice natural dewy  look. Some how it did not gel so well with my skin tone as i started getting breakouts and it made my skin oily. Now this must be one of case for sure as it gave a very different result on my friend.

Pros About Lakme CC Cream
Sleek Packaging
Budget Friendly
Gives nice natural dewy look
Corrects minor imperfections

Cons about Lakme CC Cream
Available only in 2 shades. Shade range is quiet limited, you never know for some it might be too dark and for some it might be too brighter. So pick up wisely and only if it matches your skin tone.
Oily skin might need to use the compact

SP Rating : 4/5

Final Verdict :
You can definitely give it a try. If the shade suits your skintone then nothing like it or else you can also experiment and mix both the shades to get your right shades. Not a bad idea ...........isn't it ? :)
